Paneer Pizza Recipe - Diet Detour
Ingredients:
  • 200 gm paneer
  • 2 Amul cheese cubes
  • 2 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • A pinch of oregano
  • A pinch of chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp Ghee
Direction:
  • Cut 200gm bar of paneer horizontally and make 2 slices out of it.
  • Now roast one side of paneer in ghee and flip it and spread pizza sauce on top.
  • You can now add chopped onions and chopped capsicums.
  • Add grated cheese on the top.
  • Turn off flame and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
  • Serve hot crispy paneer pizza.
