Ingredients
- 2cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/3 cup sweetener of your choice
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Rinse and dry strawberries, cut and slice in half
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a metal loaf pan and ukse the back of a spoon to spread the mixture across the pan evenly.
- Freeze for 3-5 hours in the freezer until firm but scoopable and serve.
