Ingredients:
- 100gm Paneer (cut into rectangle shape)
- 1/4 Cup coriander leaves
- 1/4 Cup mint leaves
- 1/4 Cup basil leaves
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1inch Ginger piece
- 1tsp Jeera powder
- 1tsp Chat masala
- Salt to taste
- Water as per need
Direction:
- Take all the ingredients into a mixture jar except paneer.
- Make a smooth paste and marinate paneer into it for 30-60mins.
- Now roast them on non-stick using olive oil on a slow flame.
- Take in a plate and sprinkle chat masala if you like.
- Serve with choice of your salad.
