Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 50gm cucumber
- 2 tbsp mint
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon zest (you can use lemon juice as well)
- 1/2tsp raita masala
Method
- Peel and grate the cucumber
- Place into a bowl and squeeze out excess water with your hands by pressing the grated cucumber towards the bowl rim.
- Now mix in the yogurt. Chop the mint leaves and add along with the lemon zest and salt.
- Sprinkle some raita masala and serve.
