Ingredients
- Cucumber – 200gm
- Paneer – 100gm
- Curd – 50gm
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Black paper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped garlic and coriander for garnishing
Method
- Blend paneer, curd, salt and paper powder together to make nice cheese cream
- Pour in a separate bowl
- Scoop out seeds from cucumber and dill cheese cream into it
- Garnish with coriander and chopped garlic (optional)
- Enjoy with cheese cream
