Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 4 tbsp Desiccated coconut powder
- 1 tbsp Fresh cream
- 8 tbsp Full fat milk
- 1 tsp Sugar free(erythritol)
- Pinch of cardamom powder(optional)
- Saffron threads to garnish
Direction:
- Take a pan and warm ghee into it on slow flame.
- Now add desiccated coconut powder and roast in ghee for 1-2 minutes by continuously stirring. Make sure to keep the flame on very low mode to avoid burning of coconut.
- Slowly slowly add full fat milk to it and mix.
- Now add sugar free and pinch of cardamom powder to itand turn off flame when you can see the entire milk is absorbed.
- Let it cool for sometime.
- Make small balls from it and garnish it with few saffron threads.
- You can store in refrigerator for better feel of mouth.
