High Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 100gm Paneer
- 100gm Curd
- 50gm Blueberries
- Salt – as Per Test
- Sugar free – as Per Test
Method
- Fill your blender with grated paneer, curd, blueberries.
- Add sugar free and salt as per test.
- Blend ! Add water as per need and blend again.
- Pour in a glass, and Decorate with blueberries.
Ready to drink !!
