Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 1 tbsp ground cardamom
- 2-3 saffron crushed
- 1 tsp Chopped almond and cashew
Method
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together cream, almond milk, almond flour, stevia, saffron and cardamom.
- Heat over medium heat until the mixture is boiling, whisking frequently to prevent lumps. Once boiled, turn down the heat to maintain a lazy boil, and cook.
- Sprinkle with additional ground cardamom and chopped cashews and almonds before serving.
