Ingredients
- Broccoli florets – 100gm
- Paneer – 100gm
- Cheese – 4 tbsp
- Almond flour – 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Green chilli – 1 chopped
- Medium Onion – 1/2 chopped
- Black Pepper – 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
- Psyllium husk – 1 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Olive oil or Ghee
Method
- Boil the Broccoli in hot water with salt.
- Once getting soft, take it out and mess it with potato masher.
- Take the mesh broccoli in a bowl, add cheese, paneer, almond flour, ginger garlic paste, green chili, onion, black powder, cumin powder, chat masala, salt and mix well.
- Add psyllium husk and mix it.
- If your mixture is still soft, add little more psyllium husk.
- Divide the mixture in 10 parts and make a Tikki.
- On a pan, Take a olive oil and shallow fry the tikki on both side until golden turns brown.
- Serve it with Peri Peri Mayo, Green chutney or any sauce or your choice.
