Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/4 small onion sliced
- 1 zucchini (peeled optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs mix or oregano & basil
- 2 tbsp pasta sauce
- 50 gm paneer
Method
- Take zucchini and spiralize it.
- Now add oil in a pan and turn on the flame.
- Add chopped garlic and let it slightly browned.
- Later, Add Onion and once onion is translucent add zucchini.
- Add salt, pepper, Italian herbs and mix well.
- Once zucchini is cooked, add the pasta sauce and mix well and cook for 2 mins.
- Take out your zoodles on the plate.
- In the same pan, add the paneer pieces and saute it.
- Sprinkle some salt, pepper and Italian herbs on it.
- Once done, add Paneer pieces on top of your spaghetti and serve hot.
