Ingredients
- Paneer cutlet
- 80 gm Shredded Paneer
- 2 tbsp chopped Onion
- 2 Garlic crushed
- 1 Green chilli crushed
- 1 tbsp shredded cheese
- Handful of Cilantro
- Pinch of Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin Powder
- 2 tbsp Psyllium Husk
- Himalayan Salt
- Olive Oil
Method
- In a bowl, take Paneer, Onion, Garlic, Chilli, cheese, cilantro, Turmeric, Chili Powder, Cumin Powder and mix well.
- Later, mix Salt and 1tbsp Psyllium Husk and make like a dough.
- Divide it in 5 equal size ball
- Give each ball a Cutlet shape and put it on the side.
- In one Plate, take the remaining Psyllium Husk and roll cutlet on that. take out extra Psyllium Husk from the Patty
- Put the pan on the stove on medium heat and add Olive Oil
- Put the cutlet on the pan
- Once it is golden brown, flip and cook other side for a while
- When Both sides are golden brown, take it from the Pan
- You can sprinkle cheese on it (optional)
- Serve your delicious Paneer cutlet with Green chutney.
